Thank-you for providing such a wonderful buffet, the guest were very impressed and I have had many comments to this effect. The presentation was first class, the food fresh,a lovely variety to suite all tastes from goats cheese to good old tuna, who could not find something if not everything to to choose from? Everyone I have spoken to has said how lovely everything was – particularly the parma ham breadsticks. But the biggest compliment came from my own Mum who was a caterer herself until she retired 9 years ago and is notoriously impossible to please. On this occasion however, she was positively raving about the food, thought you’d done a fantastic job and that everything tasted just as good as it looked – praise indeed!
